These highly individualized, soothing breathing, relaxation, and empowerment 1:1 sessions are for anyone experiencing pain, stress, anxiety, or just wanting to gain a greater sense of health and wellbeing. Each session is customized to meet your own unique needs and goals. We spend time discussing your life and your goals as we develop an ongoing relationship. 

I will not only equip you with valuable skills and techniques to attain your goals, but you will also find that my intuitive style of guidance and facilitation will help you get to the bottom of what may be holding you back from being the best 'you' that you seek to become.  


We work together to:


  • Create a plan to determine, set, and achieve your own personal intentions/goals

  • Learn healthy breathing techniques and specific breathing patterns to support you

  • Fully relax your mind and body and help you find your center of peace

  • Learn the visualization process and how it supports our intentions and well being.


You will also receive a customized essential oils blend based on your goals, needs, and intentions and I will discuss with you the ways in which you may use this custom blend.

Q: Is this life coaching or therapy?

A:  No. This is a unique alternative to those 2- think of our sessions as 'Intuitive Mindset Coaching Sessions' with some soothing guided relaxations/visualizations to help center you. Our sessions are powerful and empowering! (Please seek a doctor's care or therapy if you are feeling depressed or having more serious concerns.)

In between the weekly session, you are encouraged to reach out via email or phone if a question arises, or if you would like any additional suggestions or support.


My goal is to teach you valuable strategies and see these incorporated into your everyday life. Each person that comes to me is treated with the utmost of attention and support.


How Do I Begin?

Please see the payment options below and choose the payment method you prefer. Payment is due at the time of booking.  Once paid, you will receive an email confirmation we will then schedule your private session on a mutually agreed day & time if we haven't already spoken and done so.


Fees are $150 for the initial 75-minute session including phone or email consultation before and custom essential oils blend. Each session thereafter is $100 for 60 minutes


After our initial session, you will then have the option to purchase an 8 or 12 session punchcard for a discount on subsequent sessions and to ensure your commitment to your own progress. In my 20+ years of working 1:1 with others, I have seen tremendous shifts and goals being met, but only when my clients are consistent and motivated-- and show up! I want you to be successful and to leave feeling empowered.
